Description
Daymare: 1998 is a third person survival horror game with over the shoulder camera, developed in Unreal Engine 4 for Windows PC. The game features high-end graphics, original soundtrack, immersive atmosphere, hardcore survival mechanics and many connections with the beloved old school survival horror games and '90s landmark brands.
History
About Invader StudiosInvader Studios was born as Invader Games in 2014 from the passion of a small group of italian game developers for survival horror games. The studio worked on "Resident Evil 2 Reborn", an unofficial remake of Capcom's 1998 classic which has drawn more than 1 million views on YouTube as of today. The project was interrupted when the official Resi 2 remake was announced in 2015, at that time Invader Studios received an invitation from Capcom to visit their headquarters in Osaka, Japan. Currently the team is focused on the production of its own survival horror game, “Daymare: 1998” with the artistic contribution of Capcom's former designer Satoshi Nakai.
Features
- A multi-character "can't-stop-playing" storyline
- Your favourite survival horror nightmares are back to haunt you! (Limited save points, anyone?)
- Foes outnumber ammunition, you have been warned!
- Tons of references to the '90s pop culture and horror movie hat-tips (and a lot of raccoons too...)
- Original scary, creepy, thrilling, handmade soundtrack
